1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IsraelNonResident.com, operated by Adv. Eli Shimony, 28 HaArba'a Street, North Tower, Floor 13, Tel Aviv, Israel ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of this website and all content, features, tools, services, and communications made available through it (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site in any way — including browsing, reading, submitting a contact form, sending an email, or using any calculator or tool — you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel for the resolution of any such dispute.

If you access the Site from outside Israel, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws to the extent they apply. Nothing in these Terms limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to you. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
